As we explained Andrea this was the second time we rented the apartment by Airbnb, and with the first guests we never have any problems.
However, by the second day they arrived, one of them, closed so hard the faucet that they broke an internal plastic packing and the water was leaked during the night because of this. We took a plumber the next day and it was fixed.
About the bathroom problem, yes, unfortunately this was a new bathroom and we had no idea that the constructer who did it, did it in the wrong way, and this was of course not their fault, we weren’t aware about this, we thought it was working perfectly. Now it is ok. By the way, the smell wasn’t as bad as they say, and we cleaned the carpet the next day. What was really horrible was going to the bathroom and see how they had the used toilet paper maybe for days in an endless line, we had to ask them to take care of it.
About the hot water problem, they moved the water heater, and we had to take another technician to fix it.
Finally we told them to keep their music and conversation not loud, because the neighbors complained to us about how noise they was.
We are sorry about this problems, and we tried to help them in every way, but unfortunately after they left we found out that they broke a lamp, one table and discolored on of the towels.
