This review is based solely on the lack of integrity of this guest. The guest checked in around 3pm and she and her group were very pleasant to meet. They were very happy with the unit. She is absolutely correct, there was a guest who was supposed to check out before they arrived. He is a doctor at a nearby hospital and he did not get done with work to collect his belongings before they arrived. When he was done, he went to the unit and collected his things. I have two listings and they were not synced thru airbnb. Arielle attempted to get a full refund and told airbnb that this guest was living with them in the house. Nonetheless, Airbnb investigated and denied her a refund. She is upset and a bad review is her retaliation. I'm sorry that people will do just about anything for money including hurting someone's business. If you look at my reviews , they're all positive. Our building currently has central air, so being hot is not an issue. The guest did leave my place fairly clean, I appreciate that, but if other host are reading this review, please proceed with caution before hosting this guest. She simply tried to scam her money back, but it didn't work.
