We always clean up the apartment before and after the guest check in and
/ or check out. As a matter of fact, the apartment was checked by the guest's daughter before the guest check in, and she was happy with it and had no complaint about the apartment, and i also told her that if they need anything do not hesitate to call me.
I was surprised that the guest gave two star ratting for the cleanliness and three star for the check in.
in fact, we were very flexible about the guest's demand. He changed the check in date and i was okay with it, and he always ask for the discount price, that made me change the listing price to meet his expectation and i did it for him.
The rate of the 3 bedroom apartment in Kemang Village was between US $ 85.00 to US $ 90.00 per night. i gave him US $ 75.00 and another 20% discount so the total he paid was only +/- US $ 60.00. He saved US $25.00 per night
He asked me to give the key to his daughter @3.30 pm at the lobby and i did it.
In my opinion there should be no problem with the check in issue, however if he still complain about the apartment, it is his opinion and i will do my best to improve the service to my guest
