Villa Dolce Vita is a modern, elegant two-storey villa with a fabulous sea view of the Gaeta Gulf. The villa is spacious and ideal for family groups and friends, with a well equipped kitchen, very large sitting and dining rooms and sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 french bed and 1 single bed). The large garden with sea view and sunbeds is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. It's a short stroll to Vindicio beach, Formia centre and the train station.

Please consider that electricity is very expensive in Italy. Do not leave lights on unnecessarily and turn off the air conditioning when you go out.
Pets are allowed but it is the guests' responsibility to pick up after them and leave the property in a clean condition. If extra cleaning is required as a result of odour, droppings or urine there will be a fee of 500 euro.
Smoking is permitted outside only. If specialist cleaning is required to remove smoke odours from inside the property there will be an additional fee of 250 euro.
