I'm sorry that there has been a misunderstanding. I still believe that your rating you have given me for your stay in my apartment is not realistic and fair. Being mad for overpaying a taxicab is completely understood. It is not my fault that you have been dealing with an obviously dishonest driver, my intent was the best for you. According to the recommendations of the other guests who stayed in the apartment whom I recommended Uber, they were highly satisfied at the low rate. The fact that you did not have a mobile network is not a result of poor communication on my half. At 8 am on the day of your arrival, I sent a message to you in the morning pertaining to when you will be arriving and you have not responded to anything. To rate the location with one star is really strict and not fair to the apartment where you have stayed. Its location is certainly not worthy of one star. You have neglected a newly renovated and clean apartment with air conditioning and equipped with very comfortable beds. It has all the details you need to feel like at home. You have given great importance to the outside of the building which in your opinion is located in the farthest part of Split, and this is just your subjective experience that is not objectively evaluated. The outer part of truth can be better, but unfortunately I do not participate in its arrangement. it is certainly your opinion and your right to evaluate, but I do not think it is fair to dictate to such an extent that someone who was very welcoming and well-intentioned to you was so much to you. Despite everything, I’m glad you were my guests. This is just one more experience. My door is always open to you and if you ever come back to Split you have my free accommodation.
