Thank you for your valuable feedback about your stay. We pride ourselves on ensuring we provide the cleanest and most comfortable property with excellent customer service for all of our guests. We do our best to photograph and describe our property in the hopes that miscommunications like these do not occur. As you know, our home is in a brand new waterfront community. You can walk about 500 meters to the shore of Lake Ontario. With it being brand new, there is construction continuing in the neighbourhood, but there is not construction occurring in or on our home other than replacing a mirror that had fallen off the wall. As you mentioned, we did trial a new cleaning service during the long weekend of your arrival. After their poor preparation for your stay, they were fired. We did come the very next day to see you, offer our sincere apologies, and some necessary supplies. Ironing boards and personal wash cloths are not advertised as available and are not provided. However, further to your suggestion, we have now ordered ironing boards for all of our homes. In addition, we have now realized that our Nest smart thermostat was in an ECO mode and was not detecting any movement and thus increased the temperature back to the away mode. This feature has now been turned off and we have adjusted the range of temperature for a more comfortable stay.
