Lovely newly renovated 2 bedroom house in a peaceful location with spacious lounge and kitchen. Brand new furniture, fully equipped kitchen. Close to the historic town of Westerham with numerous Kentish pubs and restaurants as well as Winston Churchill’s former residence Chartwell House now a national trust property. There are frequent buses to Bromley town centre where you will find the ‘Glades’ shopping centre & an excellent main line rail station direct into London. Parking available outside.

The house was very nice, like it appears in the listing. The fixtures and fittings were in good condition and the beds big and comfortable. Be aware that there is no wi-fi. This is stated in the listing but I didn't check as I thought every house has wi-fi now. We used 4G instead…

Many thanks for your review. It was a pleasure to have you stay. I do hope you will consider staying again. In reply to your review the bathroom does have a window to open for ventilation and an extractor fan is being fitted on your recommendation as a backup. When you made your booking there was and still is a note advising that the back garden decking is being fitted and as such there is no access to the back garden space until after it has been done. The work is being carried out first week of August 2018. On booking the accommodation I was therefore upfront with this information as this was clearly stated. You will appreciate that I have my guests safety to consider and was honest with you before you made your booking. The garden space is as promised on my description being made available in August 2018 when the work has been carried out. This is another new feature of the house. I note your comment on the road leading up to the house. There is a comment on the description of the house advising it is on an unmade road and therefore this is again clear when booking the property. I drive a Ford Fiesta, my partner has a Mini Cooper and most of the neighbours do not have 4x4’s and we have with respect never had any issues driving up the small road to the house. I do advise on the house description to drive slowly and it is a short drive up there. I do also advise on the house description that you do really need a car as you had.
