(If you don't have Airbnb reviews, please tell us about your background and reason for wanting to stay in Gilbert so we can determine if our home is a good fit for you.) Convenient keypad entry with code supplied by the owner after reservation. (No need to hassle with keys.) One secure parking space available in the attached 2-car garage with remote opener. (Owner stores one vehicle in the garage.) You will be greeted in the unique entry with Saltio and brightly colored tiles on floor and stairway. A tranquil water fountain automatically flows upon your entry. The private downstairs bedroom features a queen-sized mattress, ample storage in the closet, and its own ensuite bathroom. You will find the Family Room upstairs to be bright and airy with an open concept that includes the kitchen, dining, and living area. The TV is hidden when not in use in a unique cabinet. You will also find two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with a rustic day-bed that features a pull-out trundle to accommodate a second guest in the same room. This bedroom also has a desk. Bathrooms are new renovated, colorful, and fresh and include hair dryers. Free WiFi. The 4K Smart TV has access to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and many other programs, but not satellite or cable. It has an Echo Dot Alexa-enabled smart speaker as well as a universal charging station to refresh your cell phone, tablet, etc. The kitchen includes high-end stove, ample refrigerator, porcelain sink, toaster, coffee maker, cooking pans, and utensils. Relax in leather-covered chair and sofa in the living room. Home is about 1,100 sq. feet. It is not recommended for children due to the tiled staircase and delicate furnishings.

Close to the Phoenix/Mesa Airport and the Arizona State East campus. Within 10 minutes of Costco, San Tan Mall, LDS temple, Top Golf, and San Tan Freeway access.
