We were happy to have hosted your group and pleased that you felt happy with most of your stay. We were very surprised to read that you felt our description was not accurate. You stated that it was missing wifi, air conditioning, and that the address was wrong. The wifi is next to the TV and username/password provided with it, we have not had any trouble connecting to it or using it nor have any of our guests before. As you can see by reading through other reviews most have been pleased at how fast it is as well. There is an AC in each room except kitchen and bathrooms and all have individual remote controls for convenience. The address provided works with (Hidden by Airbnb) maps in our experience. All you have to do is type in Encosta de Marina and it takes you to the complex. However, if your party struggled with any of these things we were available and would have been more than happy to help you as would our managing agent.
Regarding shampoo and conditioner we do not provide these nor do we advertise that we do. We always make sure to provide at least enough toilet paper to get guests started for a few days as it is self catering. Is it possible you confused two listings? However, we do apologize if this was disappointing to you. With regard to towels we aren't sure what to say about this as all guests are provided with bath towels, hand towels, and even beach towels to use at the pool or beach. If you felt maybe you needed more we would have happily had our agent provide these to you as well if you would have made us aware. We are always happy to provide little extras that guests may need or want to make them more comfortable, but we can only do this is we are made aware.
