We connect with people looking for a beautiful experience in nature, not a quick place to spend the night during a business trip. All of the above are clearly mentioned on the profile. It is also shown on the photographs that the house is annexed to an old house under renovation and the stairscase is mentioned as well. We have had elderly visitors who had no problem with the access. It is not 'in the middle of a building site' because to the right of the elevated terrace there is a well-kept garden and farmland and in the front there are trees, vinyards and the river. Julie seems to have been in a rush, attracted by the bargain price, and could not have read the description which stated that it is off the beaten track. As a starter meal bread, butter, eggs, juice, coffee and tea were provided free of charge, with an offer for daily bread delivery. The closest grocery shop is merely 7 mins by car as indicated on our map. Guests from Dublin who stayed the entire month of May loved the experience and the guests before Julie regretted not booking a longer stay.
