The unit is exactly as represented, Puja. And you very well know it. My superhost status and my great reviews prove it.
You were a terrible, dishonest guest and you are mad because we won't give in to your stories (who quite frankly, don't make sense and don't add up). Myself and my team are available 24 hours a day; you didn't care to contact us once in 10 days to let us know of any issues arising in the unit which could have been fixed in a phone call. You preferred calling your cellphone supplier to increase your data plan than to contact us. Something simple we could have fixed right away.
We are very reasonable people... and we always do everything we can to make sure our guests are comfortable.
As for the bed sheets, although this has almost never happened, my cleaning company was reprimanded and you were refunded the cleaning fee. However, you chose to tell us after check out (!).... once again, I could have fixed this issue immediately had you mentioned anything.
Which brings me to question if anything you have mentioned is true...
Airbnb is a community Puja. It's based on respect, communication, and mutual efforts. Happy Guest = Happy Host and Vice Versa.
