Kimberly's review is completely inaccurate. She did not check in at 3:00, when I contacted her to let her know we had a late check out & had our Cleaning Company running a little late, I notified her directly so in case they showed up she would not be surprised by the cleaning crew. She told me "No problem - we are running around to pass the time" Kimberly asked if she could have a 'Late Checkout" as well, which we gladly agreed for the later Check in. When she got to the Town home, she called the answering service to say there was a "smell" - I sent our 24 hour Maintenance to check everything, but there was no "smell", and definitely NO mold. Maintenance found the town home was clean & ready to go with none of the issues she described. Kimberly told us that if she didn't get a refund she would write us a bad review, even though we have a 24 cancellation policy she did not adhere to. We are located in the Nob Hill district, close to everything. I don't think she was familiar with this area, we are located in the most highly desired older part of Albuquerque. Our reviews from others that have actually stayed in our town home say they love our location and the town home. We try our best to make every one's stay enjoyable, some times we cannot please everyone, but this doesn't stop us from trying.
