I would like to point out few things on your review.
1) As you have blamed Airbnb for not checking on the property, would like to inform the pictures of the apartment is taken by airbnb photographer and apartment is exactly the same as pictures.
2)Although you book the place you did not stay at our place, instead you booked it for your boss
As a high class profiled person your boss expected a luxury five star apartment (this you should have known better and booked wisely as per to his expectations)
As per to the rate we charged we are not able to provide luxury five star range, although we have tried our level best to create a clean and comfortable atmosphere in the apartment.
3)Yes we agree due to Air condition service fault there was a leakage but that was not informed to us until We inquired on the check out time, if it was informed immediately we would have taken actions. We always check everything before we give over to a tenant at that time we did not encounter anything
By the time I inquired on the check out time you boss has already moved out of the apartment to a five star hotel and he did not mention any fault in the apartment.
You knew what your boss wanted but as per to the rate listed you should have known that it cannot be done.
