First i want to apologize if your experience was not so pleasant at my place, but i would like to clarify a few things. Concerning the washroom, i contacted the landlord of the building who actually repaired the sink right before you came, so i don't understand why a week later its broken; i apologize for that; concerning the door i had emailed him a few times and he did not come at the right time, but for right now it's fixed.
Concerning the beds sheets/towels everything was actually washed before you came by me, i mixed colors that why there were spots on it.
The husky issue was something we had spoken about by message, we found a solution right away and you told me that it was fine, i also did not say that i will come in the apt because i gave you my keys, so i do not have access to it when guest's are present.
I understand that you were expecting more, I apologize again for the inconveniences, i started this account recently, but better mesures will be taken from now.
