While we do realize that it wasn't a good start and we acknowledged it, we did comply with what is required from Airbnb. We offer a check in and check out service, however we don't do a concierge service. The internet access key is well pointed at the modem box. As we told you by direct message, it was your responsibility to give advise to the security agents at the gate in El Tigre if someone was to pick you up (Uber as you stated), the security code is personal and nontransferable for the house owner. Finally, when the reservation was made, it was requested for 6 adults, not 7; there is an extra charge per extra guest per night after 6 adults and it had to be authorized by us, we will be requiring Airbnb to proceed for this. Once again we apologize for the inconveniences we might have caused you and your guests.
