From the moment Ms.Miya enter the unit she has a lot of complaints. She even said bad things in front of my assistant, regarding the entire look of the unit. We just don't know if she feel tired because of 7 hours travel that's why she said those things, we believe she came from countryside.
All our sheet were freshly clean and newly washed prior to their check in. Our group follows the highest standard when it comes to cleanliness and we try to exceed the expectation of our guest. She complain about it, I sent my assistant to replace the sheets as she requested.
The sheet has a lot of dirt and the pillows smells like shit? Then why this guest sleep like a sheep and even check out late. If the bedroom is dirty, I made this guest decide if they want to leave and cancel the reservation, but they choose to stay. I myself would not stay in a dirty room that smells like shit. She even message me, that my reviews are not true, I was dissapointed at her. I pointed out that the reviews are based on the guest experienced and as a host we can't edit neither delete it.
The unit rate is not expensive for a weekend rate of 2300+ , offering high speed internet connection, Netflix access, hot and cold shower, air-conditioned room, 24 hour security with building CCTV. We are the one of the affordable BNB/accomodation in Tagaytay. This is actually CHEAP, in a nice way.
Regarding her concern with my assistant. I think it was already explained to her that she is not the recipient of that sms. But she insisted, she is the HIPON. Well we don't want to debate whether you feel it about yourself, or you are confident of who you are. My assistant apologised, but she didn't accept it.
Our take, as a guest you have no right to trash our unit in the first place since you left it super dirty. An hour before you check out, you even left the keys outside the main door. Is it an example of a RESPONSIBLE Guest. I think no! We don't know your problem or life crisis whatever it is, but the way you treat my assistant, my unit, and also giving as bad review, it reflects who you are as a person. You ungrateful guest. We did everything to appease you. But you look down on us as if you were paying 10k rate a night. We are more than happy to refund the payment rather than to host this kind of guest.
My team handles and meet a lot of guest everyday, with different attitude and values. We have a set of rules and standard when it comes to hospitality. All the members of my team are locals of Tagaytay who are working hard for their family. Please naman, treat them with respect also if you want them to respect you.
