What a comment !!! I am really sorry for that but I would like to clarify some points. Regarding the toilet paper it's just an oversight of my new cleaning lady and my little brother (who made the first check in his life) was not aware of the obligations regarding this rental. I would have gladly offered you hundreds of rolls but you had certified me having already bought them in the corner supermarket.You came on Sunday and all shops were closed. Regarding the ants you know that this is my holiday apartment where I come regularly with my four children and this is the first time I heard about an ant problem. You told me about it one late night and I told you that if the problem persisted to keep me informed to send my housekeeper if necessary. With no return the next day, I thought the problem was solved. But you did not talk to me again until you left. For your information my cleaning lady went right after your departure and solved the problem in less than 3 minutes. Since the following guests have not complained. I found the air conditioning remote under the sofa in the living room. Your comment is unfair and does not reflect reality. Why not talking about the proximity to the sea, the shops, the cleanliness of the apartment with its sunny terrace, the elevator and the comfort of the beds? I have always been responsive and quick to help you but you can not did not want to know anything. The proof is that I unconditionally accepted to reimburse you for the last unused night, I am an honest person and I propose a clean and functional apartment so that everyone can fully enjoy the charms of the French Riviera .
