I’ve had the pleasure of hosting many guests from all over the globe. I can safely say these are the ONLY guests who’ve been whiny from day 1.
1. An hour after they checked in they complained that tv, air conditioners, and water heater; are all not working..a few hours later, they found the switch!
2. Only 2 guests here; yet demanding fresh new towels every morning. I sent them fresh towels 2 days into their stay; only for them to greet me with “It’s NOT a pleasure to meet you”. Lovely people :-)
3. Complained about every single thing in the unit; but failed to realise that they were paying 40% less than any other high floor, KL Tower facing unit.
Let me remind you that you were renting for RM115 per night; yet expecting the luxury of a 5 star premium suite with daily housekeeping. All my other guests found my unit to be clean, comfy and good value for money :-)
