Dear Patrick, we understand every experience is different and that's why as super hosts we try to listen to our guests all the time. One of the things that make us super hosts is the fact we ALWAYS reply to our guests. We have never received your communication about the heating. The heating works in all rooms, it worked when your friends checked-in (we personally check every time) and it worked in all rooms as we verified when you checked out. The only time we ever received communication from you was to tell us (at 11 pm on a Saturday night) that there was a problem with the drain of the sink. We replied in that very instant (11 pm on a Saturday night) and came on Sunday morning to fix it. While we came to fix it we also quickly cleaned the apartment (which we were not supposed to - but your friends whom we had the pleasure to deal with most of the time, very much appreciated our service and sent us a text to thank us about it). We had also arranged an early check-in for your friends as they requested on the day of your arrival. As for noise, we do believe this is something absolutely personal. According to 99% of the guests, Sitges Malvasia is known for being a very peaceful and quiet place. I wish we had met personally, we only met your friends in a couple of occasions. In both occasions they all seemed very happy with their stay, their choice of accommodation and with our service.
