The total charge for your booking was €303 euro which if you check the exchange rate is aprox. 350 USD so im not sure where you got the "over 400 USD" figure from or who charged you that amount but it was not us. The location is clearly advertised on our website and this was a choice you made, that being said we have not received complaints on the location being "TERRIBLE" it is also advertised and the distance/time from us to the main city center (Aprox. 10-15 minutes walk).
Our sofa beds are only 7 months old and we have not heard of any guests complaining of the bed not being comfortable or "falling through" in fact we have some responses of the guests saying it was one of the most comfortable sofa beds but of course this is all opinion based im sorry this was not the case for you.
Sir the toilet rolls are perfectly clean, but if you were uncomfortable with this I don't understand why you didn't come to us at reception we could have given you a brand new packaged one if you liked.
I'd like to clearly state that it was no intention of ours to mislead you in anyway. I resent the fact that you said I "denied the ad said it has AC" this is not the case and I am always looking to keep good relations with our guests. We have messages between us through air bnb so I don't understand why you are lying or perhaps who read it wrong or misunderstood. If you like I could send you a copy of the conversation we had; But to summarize it I clearly stated that when the website was set up that the AC amenity must have been selected by mistake so thanks to your feedback I did change it but in no way trying to be shady as you refereed.
Please show me where I tried to blame you; all of our conversations is on airbnb and I cannot see where I did so? I have been more than accommodating in trying to resolve your issue by offering you %50 of your booking; The reason for the %50 is to apologies on our behalf which I believe to be more than fair by offering you %50 of your booking to be refunded; and because you came to us with the complaint at aprox. 11pm when you checked in at aprox. 5 pm you waited roughly 6 hours to inform us of the issue to which we would have apologized and helped you look for other accommodation while refunding you the total amount for your stay. If you didn't want to stay because of this we would have understood and even offered to help you; but nothing was mentioned. You stayed and let us know of the issue after waiting roughly 6 hours and using the room.
You stated that our apartment was terrible, I highly doubt that to be truthful, im sure you have mixed feelings about us. We may not be perfect but the apartments themselves are far better than your "sincere" review Brendan.
