A) I don't argue with my sons.
B) You were there at a period while I went on vacation for 3 weeks. I trusted my son to dog and house sit. I also found out from another source that he threw 3 parties. He was grounded. Furthermore he is now away at college. This was atypical.
C) The apartment was exterminated upon my return from vacation after receiving your complaints about pests. We had no such issues in the main house and I can only assume it was from crumbs/scraps and being on the lower level. I truly apologize for this and as I stated, it's resolved.
D) I go to bed every week night at 9pm. II am the only one who's bedroom is on the second floor above the apartment. My sons are on the third floor You were working while I was sleeping. I don't understand your noise complaint. When you came home from your evening shift, we were at work or school. The only crossing paths would have been on weekends, three of which I spent in Europe.
E) As for the state of the bath tub, you can pass that onto to your room-mate. I deliver the apartment completely clean. If there is an existing room-mate, I do not intrude into your space. In any case, mildew is an exaggeration. It was most likely soap scum. Mildew you can't remove. If you had communicated the bath tub cleanliness issue to me, I would have asked both of you when it was convenient for me to clean it up.
F) In lieu of ratting me out to AirBnB, you could always had just asked me. I had no idea that AirBnB had protections for its hosts and I was merely trying to cover any losses that I might incur if a tenant damaged my home with a security deposit.
G) My home is a $1.5 million home, no joke. It is well built, beautiful and in a great location. You rented out a4000 square feet apartment. I'm am certain that you will not find a lovelier place than mine.
H) I have never had a bad review or feedback before so I am not even going fuss any further.
