Mark’s review is unfairly negative, inaccurate and driven by unreasonable expectations. Mark stayed in this one-bedroom apartment for $100 per night. Four blocks away, the equivalent space in the Hilton Homewood Suites is $300 per night.
A TV is provided, but given I am not running a hotel, I help guests connect their own devices and they can stream whatever they want, and take care of paying for what they watch. It is not possible to bill on AirBnB after a stay for paid content.
Mark contacted me via AirBnB at 11 PM on a Sunday night to ask about the printer, and his check-out was the following morning. I had lent the printer out to a neighboring unit. This was a solvable problem as an AirBnB host with an understanding there is not a concierge 24/7.
Lastly, Mark criticizes that the refrigerator was empty. I guess this is where I have to hold my hands up and admit a failure. I forgot to stock it with champagne and caviar for him.
The bottom line. This is a modern, well furnished, clean one bedroom apartment that provides a space equivalent to that you will find a 4* hotel. If anything additionally is needed, I can provide support, as long as it is not in the middle of the night.
