Brittany stayed with us, but took our items to her relatives, we were missing towels when she left. Brittany acted like she was staying at a all inclusive hotel. She had her own kitchen, with all the amenities to cook with. She kept asking for items that a guest should such as coffee, (common courtesy to buy your own food, cleaning soaps for dishwasher, washer and dryer soaps).. We have 3 air mattresses, we offered to bring over another air mattress and fill it but we were told “no” by Brittany’s 2 guests 5 times. They said it was not a problem, and the couch was huge and worked out perfect. Brittany, when you checked out the tub was black from your party’s dirty feet, walking around the pool decks and concrete.
Pool towels were offered to you to use, we have had guests leave 20 towels laying everywhere. It is a house rule to wash pool towels, since it is impossible to wash 5 loads of towels before next check in. You can’t complain about a house rule when it is someone’s home. It would have been nice to have had grateful guests, instead you put us down.
We would not have you stay again, and recommend people not have you. I read some of your reviews and you have a couple that you cancelled on and treated guests poorly. The morale you can’t make someone happy when they are miserable in their surroundings.
