Just to clarify, when my manager checked with you on the name of the property you had booked, the information given was such, that she checked you into a bigger entire private apartment, instead of the private room you had booked. It was only the next day morning that I realised the error, and shifted you to your actual booking, and made sure everything was okay in person. I also did offer to arrange for your laundry to be done as a complimentary service, as the one there was unavailable completely due to unavoidable circumstances.
