I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your overall stay. Since your stay, I have properly supplied my home with enough dishes, towels, and plates to accommodate 16 guests, as well as replaced the ironing board. I appreciate you informing me of any broken items, or lacking items, as I am not able to visit my home as often as I would like. I do my absolute best to advise of all of the amenities my home has at the time of booking, and it is stated in the listing that there is no cable TV for my home. I am sorry to hear that you missed the NCAA games due to this.
I strive for my home to be perfect for my guests, I am so sorry to hear that you experienced maintenance issues during your stay. I do my absolute best to upkeep my home, but unfortunately, homeownership can also come with emergencies!
I have contacted my maintenance team to address these concerns, so this issue does not arise again. It has since been remedied/repaired, and I thank you for your patience, and for allowing my team to remedy/repair during your stay.
