Beach side location.
A very comfortable spacious house completely refitted with latest style in modern living. Privacy comfort and relaxation was our goal with this project.
In the exclusive Solander area just one house back from beach front position in a lovely tropical street with huge paper bark trees .
A really lovely place to live the Port Douglas lifestyle.

Die Unterkunft
Enjoy the pool in its tropical surrounds along with the comfortable modern lounge in the covered vast outside living areas . Moving through the 5 meters of gliding doors into the large airconditioned dinning and internal lounge area you will feel the inside outside living experience. Comfort inside with 2 white leather lounges large screen tv with free unlimited wifi giving internet access to all your favorites such as Netflix, Stan Youtube and other.
Bedrooms;
4 spacious airconditioned bedrooms each with own outside access give freedom to come and go without disturbing others in the group. All bedrooms have robes, no living from the suitcase. Crisp white sheets and pillow cases prepared fresh for each arrival.

Bathrooms;
Two very smart modern double bathrooms come supplied with a total of 16 fresh white clean towels 8 hand towels 8 face washers 4 bath mats and soaps. One bathroom is fitted with a stone bath.

Self catering facilities:
The fabulous spacious modern kitchen and butlers pantry fitted with Miele appliances 2 dishwasher large fridge freezer (and 2nd fridge) .2 separate sinks , one in main kitchen one in the butlers pantry. Every kitchen utensil needed, Coffee pod machine and breakfast bar with 4 stools. Will make self catering a pleasure along with mans domain outside Weber bbq area.
A large 8 seat modern dinning table will make your meals a comfortable experience.
Pool and garden
The most important part for the kids.
Pool is large and for your private use only, it is supplied with 8 pool towels.
Set in lovely tropical gardens. Cleaned and serviced between each guest arrival. Variety of toys and floaties around.
Garden is very private accessible from all rooms with 3 plentiful lawn areas dotted with comfortable sun lounges.
Bird lovers will find a variety of bird life including sunbirds, honeyeaters, owls and many more. Green tree frogs are also a regular visitor.

Parking;
Plenty of off street parking but no garage.

Our aim is for our guests to enjoy a comfortable relaxing Port Douglas holiday in beautiful surroundings .

Local amenities;
With Beachshack restaurant , bar & pizza along with the 4 mile tavern pub & bistro just 2 minutes walk and Otz cafe takeaway, Treetops restaurant a further 5 minutes there is always somewhere to get an easy meal or take the bus into Macrossan st
Other places a little further walk. Sea temple restaurant and bar, Palmers golf course, with great bar and light dinning, great views.
Handy beach side park with good childrens playground and public BBQ 300meters away.

Zugang für Gäste
All parts of the house and garden are available for guests to use except for some robes in main bedroom which are locked and garage is also locked and not for guest use. However there is a robe available for guest use in each bedroom.

Please park on the property including in front of the garage but garage will not be open for guest use.
