You will be charged and/or lose your FULL DEPOSIT if any of the following house rules are broken:
• No parties or events
• No pets
• No smoking inside, on the balcony or in or out front of the building
• Disrespecting neighbors
• Contacting property management or apartment staff (We are your point of contact and will address and fix any and all issues)
• Parking in the wrong spot
• Not following check in and out instructions
• Staying past check out time unless prior written approval in Airbnb messages
• Have more guests than stated in your reservation
• Loud music
• Any disturbance, especially noise past 10 p.m.
• Lost Key, Parking Pass, Garage Remote, or FOB
• Excessive cleaning/Trash
• Damages to Furniture, decor, linens, or the apartment
• Taking anything that isn't yours

• You have any negative reviews
• You have any reviews about you or your guests smoking, partying, leaving a mess, using the apartment for clients, not following host rules, damaging apartment
We do our very best to upkeep the apartment and have it cleaned by a professional company. 99% of the time everything is perfect and that is why I am a great host Host. If you do find any issues with the apartment or the cleaning that was done previously to you arriving please let us know within 1 hour of checking in or we will presume you or your guests caused these issues. I am not a Hotel and Airbnb is about that personal experience and there are times where human errors occur. You have my guarantee that I will do my very best to remedy any situation. If you find yourself to be a high maintenance type of guest, perhaps look elsewhere. You agree to give us the opportunity to remedy any situation that arrises, re-clean the home if you found any issues with the home and/or replace items during after you check in.
NO REFUNDS NO CREDITS NO CANCELATIONS: I want your visit to be enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant. It is understood that in renting a private vacation home or condo or apartment, there are many situations that are by nature beyond the control of the Agent, company or ownership and credits or discounts or cancelations of the reservation will not be granted for such. Examples that are not guaranteed nor warranted and will not warrant any refund or credit of rental monies, include, but are not limited to: failure of systems, AC or heat, pool-spa equipment/heater, appliances, electronics, or cable tv not working, the home's systems or mechanical malfunctions, plumbing, Internet, construction taking place in the area, Noise in or around the home, noise coming from neighbors, neighbors or community smoking smell or previous guest who didn't follow our house rules and smoked in the home leaving a smell, maintenance occurring during your stay, a home not decorated or accommodated to your tastes/expectations, bad weather, condition of landscaping or exterior of the property, stains or discolorations or damaged furniture/linens/carpets/rugs/decorations, neighborhood disturbance/noise, furniture/decor/fixture/design elements/hose hold essentials/flatware/dish ware/that has changed since the photos were taken of the property, cleanliness of the property and home, description about the listing that may have changed. In the rare event of a mechanical malfunction or inconvenience, we will do our best to resolve quickly. Repairs, if any, will be accomplished as soon as possible, taking into consideration service personnel workload, parts availability, and nature of the repair. However, it is understood that no refund or credits will be granted for any early departures, late check-ins caused by delays or system malfunctions. Expenses for unnecessary service calls are the responsibility of the Guest.
