As a relaxation spot, La Colombière offers a green scenery and modern facilities to its guests.
With its pool and large shaded terrace, both the young and the old alike may cool down or rest. If desired, breakfasts and meals can be enjoyed under the barn’s canopy roof. A reading and relaxation room has also been fitted out in the barn’s mezzanine.
This vast cottage, fresh in the summer, can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom-TV lounge, a second bedroom and numerous storage cabinets for a comfortable stay. Of a refined aesthetics, the design combines the classical and contemporary styles. You will enjoy a remarkable view on the park and its XVIIIth century dovecot.
Centrally located in the Périgord pourpre , surrounded by vineyards and close to Bergerac, La Colombière is the perfect spot to explore the region’s natural, historic and cultural heritage.

Cottage internal regulation
In order to insure the utmost security for everyone while keeping equipment in good condition, and to make sure you enjoy a nice stay, the guests are required to conform to the internal regulations ruling the use of the cottage and the swimming pool and commit themselves to comply to the security and hygiene rules for everyone sake.
Cottage internal regulations
Article 1 - Noises and silence: Guests are requested to avoid loud noises, which could disturb neighborhood; audio devices volume must be dimmed in accordance to the circumstances.
Article 2 – Silence from 11 PM to 8AM.
Article 3 – Smoking restrictions: smoking is only allowed outside buildings and swimming pool surroundings, tobacco ashes and cigarette butts will be collected in ashtrays.
Article 4 – Parking: the guests must park their vehicle in the external parking.
Article 5 – Visitors guests must comply with internal regulations, park their vehicle in the external parking, and if they stay overnight declare themselves to the landlords and pay local tax. The cottage is for 2+2 persons, with 4 beddings (a queen bed 160x200 et a sofa bed 140x200). It is not allowed to add bedding.
Swimming pool internal regulations
Article 1 – Swimming pool area is open to guests from 10 AM to 7 PM, except force majeure case (Bad weather, cleaning...). The pool users are requested to take care of the liner (interior coating of the swimming pool).
Article 2 – Being a private area, the swimming pool area is only restricted to family members and friends of the landlords and to the guests.
The landlords remind guests that the swimming pool is not supervised; therefore senior guests must provide lifeguarding surveillance on guests inscribed to their contract.
Article 3 – Every child under 16 years, not accompanied by a senior parent is not allowed to access the swimming pool. The children must be under the monitoring of a responsible adult knowing how to swim (in order to avoid any accident risk, we ask you to especially monitor the children).
Children must not be left alone in any circumstances at the edge of the swimming pool.
Article 4 – Swimming pool users commit themselves: - to take a shower before bath and not bath just after having used a sunscreen lotion;
- To use exclusively their personal bath sheets;
- To access swimming pool area with appropriate sandals;
- Drinks will be brought in plastic ware (Plastic color glasses are at your disposal in your cottage).
Article 5 – Swimming pool users must be aware that the swimming pool deepness only allows limited plunges.
Article 6 – The landlords are in charge of the pool maintenance. The manual removal of insects is due by the guests.
Article 7 – The swimming pool users must be covered by a convenient insurance and acknowledge that the landlords deny any responsibility regarding security tied to supervising any persons inscribed to the guests’ contract
Article 8 – The garden furniture around the swimming pool are the users responsibility, which will take care of the furniture (no wet bath suits or towels on the cushions, use of dry towels on furniture in case of sun screen) and, in the absence of the landlords, will store the cushions in the evening or in case of rain, in the dedicated area and fold the umbrella in case of wind.
Article 9 – The landlords, on repeated inobservance of one of these articles, may foreclose the authorization to access the swimming pool without any compensation.
