This property was an amazing value and Andrew is an extraordinary host. The grounds were well kept and the living quarters were immaculate and sparkling clean. The entire space is completely renovated with modern amenities, appliances and decor. Also included were basic necessities such toiletries, dishes, other sundries and a laundry room onsite. This condo would be very cozy for a romantic get away and also a family vacation. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and family friendly. The communication was superb and we would highly recommend this property as an excellent dwelling.

This particular apartment is “below grade”, meaning partially subterranean. Not a problem for most people, myself included, but some might find it claustrophobic.

This is an incredible value. It has a carport (which matters in the winter), two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a full kitchen and a spacious living room. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with very little noise from the road, although it's minutes from the freeway, so also convenient. All the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and Andrew is a very professional host. He was quick to reassure me when it turned out I needed to arrive late that he would be available at any hour should I have a problem checking in. All in all, it's a well-appointed, quiet and clean apartment with a suburban feel, with easy access to the highway. I hope to stay again sometime.

My son and I stayed at Andrew's place for 3 nights. The place is very clean and comfortable. The bed and towels were great. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Andrew answered all my questions quickly. The only negative was the noise from the upstairs apartment and the tub/shower drained really slow - but I would stay here again.

Andrews condo is in a great location within Indianapolis. Easy driving distances to everything! This is a wonderfully decorated, clean home that I would recommend to anyone. The only draw back I know of us the noise from other guests on the floor above. Awesome place well worth the money!
