The apartment has a private entrance at the back of the house, and comprises the whole lower level of the home. The unit is over 900 square feet. It has its own kitchen featuring a fridge, gas range with oven, microwave, sink and cooking utensils. There is also a full sized washer and dryer.

We live in the top 2 floors. We won't bother you but we are available if you need anything. We love to connect with new people if you do want to say hi. You will be staying in the lower level so you can expect to hear footsteps and noise occasionally but we will respect quiet hours after 9:30 pm.
Weitere wichtige Infos
Go to Garden of the Gods early before the crowds get there (it's only 7 minutes away). Head down the street to Ute Valley Park and do a 7 mile mountain bike loop, go bouldering in the rocks, take some stellar Pikes Peak photos and your trip back to the house is only a mile or two. Take it easy the next day and hike right outside the front door and you'll find access to Blodgett Peak and/or head into National Forest.

-At the end of your stay, please take all the used sheets and pillow cases off beds and pile them in front of laundry machine (start a load if you are able).
