We stayed at Rick's place in early July 2017. We arrived a little before our check-in time and were able to get into the cottage, no problem. The cottage itself is just off Route 1 in Ogunquit, a little farther back from the road, which made it quiet for sleeping. The cottage itself is small, but has a separate sleeping and living space. Galley Kitchen has everything you need, even some kitchen staples. The cottage was spotless, which I really appreciated. The sofa was a pull-out bed that blows up, much more comfortable than the traditional pull-out bed. My daughter really appreciated that. There are two bathrooms (one powder room, one full bathroom) which was a wonderful surprise. Washer/dryer. The shared pool was clean, although we didn't use it much. Overall, this property was a wonderful stay. For adults staying in Ogunquit, it is an easy and welcome walk to the town centre. Kids may find the walk a little long. Rick was a gracious host, leaving us home made scones upon our arrival and quickly fixed a problem with the BBQ. I would highly recommend staying at Rick's place.
