The cottage enjoys a south-facing aspect, and the afternoon and evening sunshine, which can soaked up outside on the deck watching the world go by. Secure storage is available within the lean-to which can house your hiking gear, a couple of push bikes or a motor bike, and parking for a car is partly off-road, alongside the deck.

Warren Cottage is in the heart of rural Herefordshire, just 1.5 miles from Ross-on-Wye, the gateway to the stunning Wye Valley. Affectionately known as 'the little house, it provides a delightful base to explore the area which is perfect for a holiday at any time of year. Because of the steps and spiral staircase the cottage would not be suitable for those with mobility problems.

A beautiful cottage which is well kitted out with all the essentials and there were some lovely cookies as well. Perfect for a couple and great surroundings. I'd recommend canoeing down the river wye as well

Clare's whole cottage rental is ideal for individuals or couples who want access to the Wyedean area. Ross-on-Wye is about a half hour walk (manageable before dinner, but we called a cab home!) from town. There is good access to Symonds Yat and other local attractions by car. The cottage itself is well stocked in the kitchen and throughout the house. You could cook most meals with what is provided. Overall, a great stay - thanks Clare!

Beautiful house just outside ross-on-wye. A great base for our canoeing holiday. The house was well-equipped for self-catering and was exceptionally clean whilst still feling homely.
