Welcome to paradise. You can spot whales from the sunroom, swim in the Bronte pool and get barrelled on the point. Cafe's, coastal walks and a glorious park is right there in front of you. Truly one of Sydney's most special spots. Not as busy as Bondi. Surprisingly close to the city. All waiting for you to unwind, relax and do what you do best. Perfect for a weekend getaway, clear minded business trip or creative/surf retreat.
The apartment is located in the best position of a corner block. You are greeted with the living room, galley style kitchen, then master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and then glorious sunroom. The view from here is spectacular. Looking out across the Norfolk Island pines to the ocean. You can watch the surf break from the window and if you're lucky, spot the local Macaw Parrots.

The whole apartment is yours. I do have some things in the storage section and a few clothes in the wardrobe but apart from that make yourself at home. Feel free to wear the hats, graze from the fridge and use anything you like in the bathroom. The sheets will all be freshly washed as well as the towels and kitchen cloths. There is a laundry downstairs which you can access with your main key. Our washing machine and dryer are marked 'Unit 6'. Fresh milk and/or champagne can be arranged to be waiting for you in the fridge upon special request.
Weitere wichtige Infos
There is only a cold water tap in the small kitchen sink but there is a water boiler directly above which must be turned off when not in use. The dining table is glass so please be careful they don't hurt themselves if you have kids with you. It is an apartment block so being respectful of noise levels and the like is really important. If you are staying for an extended period we would really appreciate if you'd give the plants some water too.
I will be available via messaging and phone contact during your stay.
I love living in Bronte. After travelling the world and staying in some super exotic locales I reckon this little wonder-pad offers the ultimate mix of seaside living and Sydney city lifestyle. Being able to wake up and surf/snorkel/swim at one of the most glorious spots in town then be moments from work/play ignited the soul. Bronte is also a quite secluded little secret compared to much of the eastern suburbs. I rent this out when overseas on work or on surfing trips down the coast. I like to keep it clean, simple and equipped with everything you need. Perhaps even a cheeky bottle of champagne.
