Our cape is comfortable, cozy, and full of sunlight The kitchen is open to the dining and family rooms, and the acre yard is full of gardens. We are 10 minutes from historic Concord, MA and 40 minutes from downtown Boston and Cambridge. There is a local commuter rail into Boston as well. It is a good home base from which to explore colleges in the area, too.
One of our guest bedrooms is on the first floor with a full private bath, and the other bedroom and private full bath are on the second floor. The downstairs room has two twins, couches, and a TV for relaxing, and the upstairs room has a queen bed, small desk, and armchair for reading.

My husband and I both work and are gone early in the morning until late afternoon during the week. We are home in the evenings and on weekends generally, but we can be in the background or as present as your needs require. We both love to meet new people!
- Guests are allowed to smoke on the back deck or front porch, just not in the house. There is a $10 pet fee, and we ask that you do clean up after your pet. We have a little more than acre of yard for exercising your dog or letting your children play.
I am a high school English teacher, and my husband is a contractor and landscaper. We love to garden, travel, and spend time with family and friends. Live performances of all kinds make us hap-hap-happy, and we go regularly to see local theater and music. My husband is also an avid golfer!
Having had great experiences using Airbnb several times now, we decided to become hosts ourselves. My husband and I enjoy meeting new people, and we've got plenty of room. If you just need one bedroom and bath, or as many as 4 bedrooms for the whole family, we can accommodate your needs. Spring break is a great time for visiting colleges in the area, and early May and June is graduation and wedding time. We welcome you with open arms!
