The apartment itself has two entrances, one from the secured car park, of which you are welcome to use, and the other direct access from the front of the property on the beach!!

During the course of your stay you are welcome to contact me if you need assistance with the apartment of have any enquires about facilities in area.
1) The unit is to be left in a clean condition, just as you found it.
2) Rubbish is to be placed in the bins located in the carpark .
3) All perishables are to be removed from the fridge.
4) Dishes are to be washed (in the dishwasher) and put away.
5) Benches and tables to be wiped and removed of any food crumbs.
6) We have allowed 2 hours for our cleaner to clean the unit. If it requires more cleaning, you will be charged at $35 per hour and excess cleaning fee will be claimed from security deposit.
7) If there is any damage to the property (interior or exterior) we will request for money to be held back from the security deposit and in the case where security deposit is not sufficient we will need to seek compensation..
