Modern 2 bed apartment located for the University and the bars and restaurants in Paisley town centre and Glasgow Airport. Prestwick airport is a train connection away. There are 2 stations, Paisley Canal is 1 min walk and Paisley Gilmour is 6 mins walk away. Glasgow City Centre is a 8min train journey for access to the SSE Hydro, Merchant City, Glasgow's famous West End.
Paisley is a great starting point for any journey further north to the highlands and Loch Lomond is only a train ride away.

You will have the entire apartment which is in a large elliptical shaped building making it a unique apartment.
There are 2 double bedrooms, one has an en suite shower room. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The apartment benefits from sky TVs and fast wifi. there is a full kitchen with large fridge and appliances. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Kim is an excellent host, quick to respond to any needs—we highly recommend both her as a hostess and this location as a great value for the price. We were pleasantly surprised to find the flat was bigger and brighter than the pictures show—the living room is very cozy and an excellent place to spend a rainy afternoon with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book (of which there are several on the bookshelf). The rooms are decent sizes, with plenty of closet space. There’s a small playground and a park close by where the kids were able to get out some energy. Internet speeds were adequate for streaming Netflix and everything else we needed. All in all, very accessible location, quick walk (or drive) to groceries at several major supermarkets as well as several malls. Airport is very close, but far away enough to not be heard at all. The Paisley Canal train station is right next door, and also very quiet—our kids loved watching the trains come and go. This flat has earned a permanent spot in our Airbnb Wish List for Scotland. :)

This was my first time using airbnb and I am more than pleased. As I had a seven hour drive up to Kims place I had to reschedule my estimated time of arrivel several times, due to traffic jams and bad weather. It was no issue for Kim, although I probably ruined her friday evening. Kims flat is a great place to stay and I would say that it is ideal for two couples or a family with two kids. We used it as our headquarters to visit Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Highlands. You have more than enough parking spaces. A supermarket is nearby in case you want to cook for yourself or need any supplies for the day. Although there is a train station nearby I wasn't woken up by any train and I am a light sleeper. The only shame is there doesn't seem to be a direct walking route to the train station. Only the next morning the we notice that Kim left us a small gesture, some chocolates and ,how else could it be in Scotland, Irn-Bru :) So should I do another Scotland sightseeing tour with friends, I'll use her flat as our headquarters again.
