Security cameras on premises outside only. NOT A CHILD PROOF RESIDENCE.
Centrally located in Millvale, PA off of Rt.28, Exit 3. Five minute car ride to Lawrenceville and Bloomfield communities, Strip District, Downtown and the Cultural District, PNC Park and Heinz Field. 10 minute drive to Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium, Carnegie Science Center and Carnegie Museum.

No children under 12 years old and no pets. Anyone under the age of 21 cannot book unit unless approved by Host. This unit has security cameras on site on the exterior of the premises only. On street parking across street from the house. Guests please be advised that your park at your own risk and host is not liable for damages that may occur to any and all personal property.
You are guests in our home and it is a safe area. We live on the first floor should you need anything. Be mindful of utilities. Turn off lights when leaving, turn down the heat and air conditioning when not in the unit.
In the case of significant violation of house rules, the reservation will be immediately terminated, all fees will be forfeited, and the guest will have to depart the premises that same day.
1) Door locks automatically when you exit and enter.
2) We have provided items, If there is something you need, ask and we will help.
3) We are a working family. You are welcome to come and go as you please, but keep the noise down after 10 pm and before 10 am.
4) Treat our home with respect and keep the unit clean. We want your experience to be as comfortable as being in your own home.
5.) Smoking outside of building only.
6.) Only reserved guests are permitted. No other individuals will be permitted unless you have prior approval. If you have an extenuating circumstance, let us know. If this rule is violated we will ask you to vacate.
7) Be kind to the neighbors. Residents park on sidewalks but please DO NOT. Park at your own risk. Host not liable for any personal property damage.
8) Washer and dryer are in the unit. No laundry between 10pm - 9am .
9) Check in after 3:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m. Exceptions made with prior approval.
10) No refunds will be made for early departures, shortened stays or late arrivals.
11) Maximum occupancy of 4 persons.
12) We DO NOT permit animals or children under the age of 12. We do have cats and two dogs in our home. If you are allergic, be mindful that animals are on the premises.
13) No parties please or extra guests
14) Please do not flush any feminine products or wipes down the toilets
