It is a quaint and comfy 2 bedroom apartment with a few minor imperfections that give it character. There is Wi-Fi, and a smart T.V with access to Netflix and other apps you may login in with own account. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom is a bunk bed with double on the bottom and single on top.

The apartment is 1 of 4 in the building. You will access the apartment from the back of building. Overall it is a quiet building but from time to time you can hear the other tenants coming up and down the stairs from bedroom 2.

Parking- You will have access to the first garage unit. It fits one car and you can park a second in front of garage. There is also plenty of street parking but there is a parking Ban November 1st -April 1st from 1 am -6 am.
It is an older building and the thermostat is controlled for the entire building. It may be drafty in the winter months but there are extra blankets.
