We had issues the minute they arrived, they admitted they did a mistake because they thought they had the entire place and they admitted it was nothing to do with me, i called airbnb and they confirmed that my listing was very clear but instead they were very rude to us , putting on speakers and loud music and partying on the roof garden at 2 and 3 and in the morning which is unacceptable , when i asked them to respect my neighbours and us who were in the home they were rude and ignored us and also leaving the place very dirty .
