My executive home overlooking the lake, is nestled in a cul de sac. There is public transport nearby and the city centre and parks. The airport is located nearby to Kamloops or Kelowna, B.C.. You will enjoy the ambiance, the outdoor space, the neighborhood, and the comfortable bedroom and beds. Please make yourself feel as though my home is your home.

There is a lot of space in my B&B rooms. In the common area there are above ground windows that are large enough for you to enjoy the gorgeous backyard and view. YouTube (URL HIDDEN)

You will be able to enjoy the lovely large deck which overlooks the beautiful back yard and view of the Shuswap lake. Back ground music for outside is also provided while you lounge. Dinners can also be provided when booked in advance and are enjoyed either in the dining room upstairs or the common area and deck/backyard area.

I am always available to assist whenever necessary. I am here to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Coffee, Tea, juice is always available for you to enjoy. Full breakfast provided upon advance notice at $15.00 per person. I also provide dinners for you and your guests as well as family etc. from town. Spa Services are also provided with advance notice. If you are needing a ride to town I am also willing to provide this service and a minimal fee. Laundry service also provided at a minimal fee as well.

There is much to do in the Shuswap besides beautiful beaches, hiking, canoeing, cycling, swimming and rowing. We have a first class beautiful cross country ski area and many snowmobile hills for winter enjoyment. There really is a lot to keep you busy while enjoying this pristine and lush jewel of an area.
Parking *** Located at the TOP of the driveway. Please DO NOT come down the driveway. If you require your vehicle to come down to unload your suitcases, I would ask that you ask me to run your vehicle up as I am familiar with my driveway.
Luggage *** Please bring suitcases that are no higher than from the floor to your knee into the room(s). Due to the configuration of my rooms, I greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter. I do have a safe area whereby you may leave your suitcases if you so wish.
I would ask that you remove your shoes prior to entering my home in order that I may keep my home as clean as possible. I do have allocated space inside the garage.
Security is of the utmost importance for the safety of everyone. Please ensure that windows and doors are locked when departing the residence.
As my home has been painted by an Artist I would kindly ask that there be nothing placed against the delicate walls.
If you are wanting to check-in after 8 p.m., I request that you confirm with me first so that I am aware of your check-in time. Anyone arriving past 10 p.m. will need to pay an additional $50.00 charge.
Smoking is permitted by the backyard Fire Pit and ashtrays are provided upon request.
Please be mindful of my other guests and keep outdoor voices low in consideration. City noise bylaws state that there be no loud noises after 10 p.m. in residential areas.
Please confirm with me in advance if you are wishing to bring family/friends over to my home.
Please NO foul language or heavy drinking.
