The cottage is set in the heart of the Trossachs National Park, Only two minutes walk from the shores of Loch Venachar and has lots of relaxing wood walks and cycle routes just on the door step. There are lots of Spectacular landscape every day is different. There is a large fenced garden, with a summer house which has a small log burner inside which makes it cosy all year around. There is plenty of wild life from wood peckers to deers. There is Private parking for two cars.

The porch has under floor heating and a seating area,where you can relax and read your book or just sit and enjoy the views, maybe spot a deer or two.
A twin bedroom with shared access to a bathroom.
A large double room with a king size double bed and a sofa to relax and enjoy your morning coffee whilst looking out of the patio doors. The bedroom has an on suite bathroom with power shower.
A large family living room with two large sofas and a wood burning stove, wood and coal provided and included in the cost.The log burner is used to run the central heating and also there is under floor heating in pouch/reading room. There is a television with Sky services together with a dining area in this room.
A large family bathroom with a beautiful large Antique bath for the perfect soak after a full day out.
A small utility room with dishwasher and washing machine, and microwave and small sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for the perfect stay. The kitchen leads to a large covered patio and garden. The garden has a secure fencing all around making it perfect for dogs or kids. Also in the garden is a summer house with a small log burner, where you can relax and watch all the wild life.

I am always at the end of a phone, and if the guests need help with the log burner then i would pop back and show them.

Respect the cottage, and leave it as they find it. Dogs are welcome but please insure they don't go into the bedrooms and on the furniture. There is additional £20 per dog. A week.
