My oceanfront condo is this magical place that makes me feel good every time I go there. Lotsa family-friendly activities (putt-putt golf), and as well as nightlife. My condo is uniquely located in a primarily residential part of Myrtle between the bustle of downtown and the Churches district. You’ll love my place because of the outrageous ocean views, lazy river, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball court, outside pools and inside pool. My place is good for all kinds of beach-loving folks.
You can wake up and see the ocean from your bed! Beach Colony Resort has a lazy river, 2 hot tubs, 4 pools (one inside) and a sauna as well as a restaurant and snack shack/bar poolside. My condo has a full kitchen with oven, refrigerator and microwave and views that will make your heart sing! You can sit on the front porch and watch the sun rise and catch the sky on fire!

You can get racquetball equipment from the front desk as well as an occasional pool towel (depending on who is manning the front desk :). Outside, you can relax in any of the three pools, hot tub and lazy river. Inside, you can chillax in the heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Be sure to wear blue wristbands in the pools (available from the nightstand in the bedroom). Beach Colony has a great breakfast buffet and one of the best burger baskets on the beach! There is a laundry room on site and free parking in the attached parking deck. The DVD player in the living room works like this: Use the Vizio remote (smaller one) to change the input to DVR. Then you can use the LG DVD player remote to open/close/play your DVD. The regular TV input is HDMI 2.

I am not onsite, but just a phone call away. I have partnered with several groups in the area to help me take care of my guests. There is a manual in the condo that offers information on the area as well.

I am a psychologist and recently retired from the local public school system. I have ended up with a big 5 bedroom house that I would like to fill with laughter (other than my own :) occasionally. I am excited to share my village with others. Bryson City sits right on the edge of The Great Smokey Mountains National Park, which is the most visited park in the country. Its a great place to visit, but beware, it does grow on you..... :)
