The cottage is Listed by Historic England. It is thatched and built mostly of cob (local name is wychett) dating to about 18C.
Sadly the ancient fireplace no longer works.
- No breakfast, but there is a good coffee shop in Fort End, open seven days a week. The cafe (Little Italy) is two minutes away.
Cottage is not suitable for young children. Ideal for one/two people only.
