The house is located in the centre of a charming village called Bale Valle (Istria), situated between Pula and Rovinj. Bale is a medieval village with many old streets and churches and it has good assortment of restaurants and bars. In the summer time regular events take place, usually involving music or a market. For example the Jazz festival which is held in Bale in the first week of August. The beautiful, pristine beach of Bale is only 6 km away. Bale is not a typical tourist trap, but a place where you can meet the friendly locals.
The village has a regular bus services to Pula and Rovinj, from where you can take other buses travelling all across Croatia. There are also direct busses from Bale to Italy. The house has recently been renovated is available from May until October. It has three double rooms with private bathroom, two of which also have a kitchen. Parking is nearby and free.
This room has one double bed and a private bathroom and is located on second floor. The price of this room ranges from 35 to 40 Euro, depending on the season.
The prices are inclusive of tourist taxes and offer free access to the beach with car.
