Place was spacious 2 bedroom like the pictures ,however its was not cleaned before I got there.. he said it would be dust but there was definitely people sleeping there as there was hair and skin particles on the sheets I had to wash them myself . No toilette paper or toothpaste …

I have been an AirBnB host for many years and also have stayed as a guest at many listings. I am well aware of the expectations guests and hosts have and I always get my place cleaned by a professional before someone checks in. I had gotten the place cleaned a week prior to Rachel checking in and the place was vacant. I was going to get it cleaned before the next guests check in but Rachel made a booking on the fly where she wanted to check in within the hour. I advised Rachel since my condo is next to a new building which is being constructed, some dust particles may be on the bedsheets, tables and floors. I requested her to check in the day after and I'll get it cleaned once again for her, but she persisted that she wants to check in right away and that she can do a bit of dusting herself. Rachel checks in, and reports no issues. Then after 3 days, she extends her stay for another 3 days followed by another 3. She reports no issues until I got AirBnB involved for trashing my place. 1. My listing clearly states "NO SMOKING" and there were ashes everywhere 2. I do allow dogs but why would you leave dog poop on the balcony, floors, bedsheets, any other places inside the condo? Under what circumstance is this acceptable? 3. She booked for 1 person (herself) but my neighbours reported that there were many people going in and out and there were parties. The saddest part of all of this? AirBnB didn't do much. After 7 days of emailing and multiple phone calls, they offered me a hundred dollars which I think is a slap on the face. I am not sure what's going on AirBnB but it seems like they don't care much. A person like this should be banned and charged for damages. Not only did I lose my time dealing with all this mess, I lost a few days of not being to rent out my place. Makes me want to reconsider listing my place on AirBnB.

Rachel requested a reservation for 3 days, reported no issues to AirBnB or I about cleanliness or anything else. Then she extended her stay for another 3 days followed by another 3 days. Again, no issues reported. Then when I went to visit my condo, it was trashed. Ashes everywhere, dog poop everything, poop stains on floors, bed sheets comforts, etc... If the place was so bad, why didn't she report it right away and why did she extend her stay two additional times? She is leaving me bad reviews because I asked her to compensate me for the items I had to replace and got AirBnB involved.

I am a scammer because I asked Rachel to compensate me for the damage she did to my suite. Ruined all bed sheets, comforts, towles and left dog poop on floors. My cleaner refused to clean the place and I had to hire a third party to clean the place. What a horrible experience. I have requested AirBnB to ban this person.
