Die Wohnung gehört zum Beberi-Hof, der auf einer Höhe von 800 m, fünf Autominuten oberhalb des Kurorts Roncegno Terme liegt. Die ca. 60 m² großer Ferienwohnung (mit Zentralheizung) besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche und zwei Schlafzimmern. In der gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche gibt es auch einen Kaminofen. Von hier erreicht man das Bad und durch einen kleinen Flur über drei Stufen gelangt man in die zwei Schlafzimmer. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen Garten, eine Terrasse und einen schattigen Parkplatz.
