Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Sleeps up to 10 in 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds & a sleeper sofa. 30 minutes from West Little Rock and less than 30 minutes to Mt. Petit Jean State Park and Pinnacle Mountain State Park.
