Lovely village house, East Pyrenees

This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Gîte à la ferme entre mer et montagne

Situé prés d'un charmant petit village très ensoleillé, sur la route de l'Andorre, ce gîte climatisé vous propose un accès direct a de nombreux chemins de randonnées, tout en étant à 1H de la haute montagne et 1 h de la mer .Pour quelques jours ou juste une nuit la ferme vous accueille .Le lac de Vinça est tout prés. Nous signalons que l'accès est un chemin non goudronné (800m) avec un gué a traverser ( le gué est actuellement sec).NE PAS SUIVRE LE GPS !!!! pour accéder, merci de téléphoner.

Situé entre mer et montagne, le gîte se trouve à Vinça dans un espace verdoyant, au pied du Lac des Escoumes, Notre gîte de plain pied dont l'entrée est indépendante dispose d'une Terrasse privée + barbecue, transats : vous allez vous sentir chez vous !! Notre gîte est à proximité de toutes les commodités et de nombreux sites culturels, naturels etc. La plage de sable du lac est à quelques min à pied équipée d'un parc aquatique pour les grands et petits ! petite restauration sur place .

Vinça, dans le Conflent, entre mer et montagne (50 min). Logement entier, classé 3 étoiles par l'Office de tourisme, accolé à notre maison, entrée séparée, cuisine équipée, chambre lit en 140, salle d’eau (douche, WC). TV, accès WIFI. Coin terrasse, table, parasol, barbecue électrique. Parking devant la maison. Linge de lit et de toilettes fournis. Réservation minimum deux nuits. A 200 m du lac des Escoumes, baignade surveillée en été (paddle, pédalo... ). Proche départ de randonnées.

Die Tierwelt ist allgegenwärtig und leicht zu beobachten. Zahlreiche Wander- oder Mountainbikewege führen direkt vom Haus aus. Unser Weiler genießt ein mediterranes Klima und liegt 40 Minuten von den Skipisten und eine Stunde vom Meer entfernt.
