Enjoy a peaceful visit to the farm in this cozy and comfortable bed-and-breakfast retreat. Wake up with breakfast brought to your door, then spend the morning leisurely exploring the surrounding apple orchards and gardens. Located on a working farm/cidery, you can learn about apple culture and even stroll through the orchards tasting different varieties of apples during the harvest season. The farm's chickens provide very tasty eggs which you'll enjoy for breakfast; there are cows and lots of wild-life just outside your door! The cottage is set up comfortably for two people with all the spa amenities. Guests have stayed here for the last several years; you can read reviews online by following the review link on our website after searching for our name (AppleGarden Cottage) on the web. Breakfast is brought to the cottage each morning with all organic and home-made items. Fresh eggs from our pasture-raised chickens, local dairy items, and our own hard cider is stocked in the fridge. Guests can enjoy touring the apple orchard and cidery, and visiting with the resident chickens. They have complete privacy inside the cottage. Free EV charger for guest use. We live full-time on the farm in the main house and are always on-site when our guests are present. We enjoy visiting with folks if they want to tour the farm or need suggestions for activities. Tomales is 68 miles from both San Franciso (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) airports. There are many hiking opportunities just a short distance from the farm: Point Reyes National Seashore has wonderful trails to explore. There are local cheesemakers who have educational tours; Tomales Bay is perfect for kayaking, and of course there are several oyster farm choices for the bivalve lover! Spectacular beaches are just an easy drive away. If the weather's nice, bring your bikes! EVC available for your car. There is no public transportation. We are located about an hour from San Francisco (traffic depending) and about 20 minutes from Petaluma. Fee includes breakfast for two each morning. On rainy days, enjoy the cozy comfort of reading next to the fireplace, or venture out to watch to storm at Bodega Head. Plan to bring snacks or other things you'd enjoy eating; we provide breakfast (of course!) and there are restaurants fairly close by, but no stores or places to just run out and get a quick treat!

The Dream Boat is a bohemian-inspired home with a warm, open feel. There is a king-sized bed in the private bedroom and a comfy double pullout mattress in the sofa. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival to ensure optimal comfort and safety during your stay. The space has a warm open feel with a king size bed and very comfortable pull out sofa. Cable TV. There is also a gas grill on the deck and a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Please also use our ski locker located in the main entrance of the building. Please do not bring skis or snowboards into the unit and please do not wear ski boots in the condo as they will damage the flooring. Also please be respectful of our neighbor below:) You will be able to use our whole condo. Unfortunately due to HOA rules guests are not allowed to use the fireplace. The condo does not have access to a hot tub but the Steamboat springs hot springs is just down the road or the famous strawberry hot springs is about a 15-20 min drive. The free bus will take you to the resort but you must change a bus in town or on hwy 40. We have free wifi and a smart tv so you can connect your netflix, hulu or amazon account if you want. Also included is cable TV. The home is in a peaceful location with a free yellow bus line outside that heads to the center of Steamboat Springs. Take a relaxing dip into the local hot springs, go skiing in the winter, and enjoy riverside dining in the summer. The free yellow bus line picks up across the street. You must switch to the blue bus line to get to the ski resort. There are two spots available for renter parking in the building lot.
