Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
